'The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.'

'Staff was great. Convenient location. Toilet lever was broke and I had asked for extra towels and didn’t get them. The beds could be softer. It was very quiet and the blackout shades were great.'

'We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. '

'I appreciated the price provided through Expedia, however; I asked for a one hour extension of my room so I didn't have to be at airport so early the day of check out. The staff said it would cost me an additional $50 (half the price of the one night stay I benefited via Expedia)so I opted to go to airport the extra hour...it would have been more fair at $25.'

'We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one...

'All was very nice here with the exception the whirlpool jets weren't working. Our last night a screaming kid next to us disrupted our sleep but staff handled it'

'When you book a lower priced hotel sometimes you don't expect all that much. But the room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. There was a nice little continental breakfast available. The other people in the hotel seemed decent. And there were easily accessible restaurants nearby. By no means a luxury hotel but well maintained for the cost'
