« la chambre était convenable, mais c'est bien la seule chose. Nous avons été surpris de devoir payer une caution (?) à notre arrivée. Deux personnes étaient assises par terre dans les couloirs à écouter de la musique, d'autres préfèrent sortir de leur chambre pour téléphoner dans le couloir, aucune de ces personnes ne parlait anglais (l'hotel est pourtant situé aux USA). des camions garés sur le parking font tourner leur moteur jusqu'à minuit. le parking et ses alentours sont remplis de gens qui...

« It was absolutely disgusting, whatever you do don't lift the mattress up, you will find garbage everywhere!!! Don't try to use a shower, its broken and water sprays everywhere!!! And when you check out, be prepared!! There will be at least 6 workers standing right outside your door waiting for you to leave (not even 2 seconds after we checkout out) we had a few bags left to get into the van and all the workers from that hotel were all right outside my door in-between the door and my van,...

« No complaints with this property , bed was very comfortable and room was very clean . Staff at this facility is extremely friendly and helpful, probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far . Will highly recommend this to anyone who wants a clean and quiet place to lay your head . »

« We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. »

« Très bel hôtel, accueillant, en bon état. Personnel agréable , très propre et avec des services complets. Piscine, petit déjeuner complet avec du vrai jus de fruit. Café, eau et jus de fruit à disposition dans le hall et dans la chambre. Bouteilles d'eau offerte. Chambre spacieuse, calme et propre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, nous reviendrons sans hésiter, si on est dans le secteur. »

« Hot tub was broken. »

« The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink. »

« The pool was great. Being able to order pizza after swimming was perfect. Breakfast was good. »

« The hotel is close to the interstate and ATW airport. The staff was polite and helpful. The building and room shows a lot of wear and tear. The 2 upholstered chairs in the room were quite dirty / stained. »

« No hotel staff had to go next door to register. No coffee or breakfast. Outside entry rooms. Very noisy at 5 am perhaps when road worker were blasting music and speaking right outside our room »
