« Perfect location only a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Apartment was lovely and well equipped. The only gripe i would have is the postcode sends you to its sister hotel just up the road and i had to phone for directions and it was solved very quickly. Overall i would recommend it to anyone and i will stay again when I go back to Liverpool. »

« Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker! »

« We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class »
