'It’s rare that we end up paying so much for a poor choice of food, long lines to get anything. A ‘WhatsApp’ reservation process for their ‘restaurants’ that more difficult to navigate than a dense text book. And the bathrooms are awful and outdated with mold even in our ‘updated’ room. And for an ‘all inclusive’ hotel. no complimentary beer or welcome package of wine or champagne. The beds in these rooms are awful. They are as hard as I can imagine and there are no comfortable bedsheets - just...

'Personeel was goed en probeerde te helpen. Airco deed niet van ons kamer , toen andere kamer gekregen. Er was lekkage in de badkamer wat vanuit de bovenstaande verdieping kwam. Erg jammer'

'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'
