'Very very clean and nice hotel'

'Alles schoon en goed onderhouden Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten was prima, keuze genoeg. Kamers waren groot en van alles voorzien. Strand werd keurig schoongehouden. Was er veilig. Jammer was dat alles vrij ver uit elkaar lag.'

'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'

'Top hotel, nette kamers allemaal met uitzicht op zee. Veel keuze mbt eten in het hotel zelf, Tapiro grill was onze favoriet. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet bij prijs inbegrepen. Lunch of avondeten netjes geprijsd tov van wat je buiten het hotel in een goed restaurant zou kunnen verwachten. Iedere dag schone kamer en handdoeken voor bij het zwembad, ook kinderbad en daarnaast n verwarmd zwembad. Leuk animatieteam en vriendelijk personeel, dat het je naar de zin wil maken. Laat je niet afschrikken...

'Beautiful hotel, great location, astonishing views of snow capped mountains. Very good service. Breakfast is very extensive in a setting with unforgettable views. Beautiful located 18 holes golf course with very reasonable greenfees and club rental (we got TaylorMade clubs and a good push cart). Nice swimming pool (indoors and outdoors) and spa. Hotel is not cheap but unique and after all worth the money. Only minus point is the Patagonia Cafe: it is completely unbelievable that a hotel with all...
