'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'

'Beautiful hotel, great location, astonishing views of snow capped mountains. Very good service. Breakfast is very extensive in a setting with unforgettable views. Beautiful located 18 holes golf course with very reasonable greenfees and club rental (we got TaylorMade clubs and a good push cart). Nice swimming pool (indoors and outdoors) and spa. 'Fomos de férias com crianças. Estrutura do hotel é excelente, com várias piscinas, parquinho. A comida muito boa e variada! Adoramos. O atendimento foi excelente, quartos limpos, cama boa, chuveiro quentinho… voltaremos mais vezes com certeza!! '
