'The ramp was the main reason we chose to stay here. My 86 yr old mom could never have used the stairs and I just had a hip replacement recently so I appreciated it as well. The host was super nice and quick to respond when I had a question. The only negative thing for us was the living room furniture was hard and uncomfortable. I am still giving 5 stars because everything else was great.'
