'We had a wonderful stay at Serena Boutique Hotel in Aguas Buenas and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. From the moment we arrived, Ricardo made us feel incredibly welcome. He was always around the property, working hard to keep everything running smoothly and making sure guests were comfortable. His wife, Gloria, was also wonderful—she prepared fresh breakfast every morning, and it was always delicious. One of the things we loved most...

'I loved it. It was a perfect getaway. I had everything you needed in the resort without having to venture off. It was a little far from the airport, but the area that the resort was in was beautiful kind of like the suburbs I would say, and there were stores within five minute drive from the hotel I would give it five stars. They were just remodeling certain areas, but other than that it was perfect and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay again.'

'Absolutely loved this place. Yes, it’s dated. But it had everything i needed to make my quick getaway enjoyable. A special thank you to Louis at the pool side bar. He was incredible. So attentive and thoughtful. 10/10 service from him. Pools. Jacuzzi. Beach. Everything in walking distance. Not much else you could ask for. Also, thank you to Melany, Angel and Andres for the daily text check ins and quick fixes when needed. Definitely returning. '

'We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise. It was honestly perfect for our needs. We arrived in the middle of the night and were still greeted with a smile. The room was not huge, but perfect for a family of 3 for a couple of nights. It was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The bathroom was small but adequate. The pool area was great and my daughter enjoyed it. There was also a really nice terrace area upstairs. The hotel had a little “shop” and free coffee (a huge win for me!)....

'Everything was great except the person at the front desk when we checked in went on and on how many Hilton Honors points we would receive from our stay, and encouraged us to charge everything on the property to the room so we would receive 2X points. So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia.
