« A notre arrivé (21h00) notre chambre n’était pas prête et ne pouvions pas avoir notre chambre RÉSERVÉ ET PAYÉ D’AVANCE… soit une chambre deluxe avec lit KING. Seul des chambres avec 2 lits queen étaient disponibles. Leurs excuses étaient qu’il y avait eue 300 checkouts cette journée là et que le personnel n’avaient pas eue le temps de nettoyer toutes les chambres… nous sommes arrivés quand même tard (21h00) et je ne comprends pas qu’ils ne se soient pas efforcés de préparé les chambres...

« It was conveniently located but, there was a bit of foot traffic in the area which made it feel a little unsafe. Nothing happened in the area but would have chosen another area if I would have stayed any longer. Just a place to sleep for the night it was okay. »

« Pas de petit dejeuner, juste cafe dans le hall, rien aux environs, juste au bord d'une route tres fréquentée, tres mal insonorise, pas de cafetière dans la chambre, chambre propre. A 15mn de stone mountain. »

« My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition. »
