Room and catered event were perfection.
Only wish for December the Christmas music would be continuous. Needed a clean audio video however music was not always playing. The Christmas trees were beautiful. *****'

'This was our first time staying on the east shore and it was a great experience overall. Service was good but the building and amenities could use some updating.
We stayed for a week over the thanksgiving holiday in a king suite with ocean views and the location was a great bouncing off point for daily activities.
The staff are super friendly, helpful, and sweet. They made our stay welcoming and seemed on top of everything. We went to the pool every day and ate at a couple of the restaurants...

'Room was clean, staff were friendly, good amenities. A washer and drier in the room were invaluable. The gym had a small fridge of cool towels misted with lavender that were nice and refreshing. This was a very comfortable place to stay and we would highly recommend it.
There were some reviews stating there are no adult only pools. There is an adults only pool and jacuzzi near building 7 that was much quieter than the kid friendly pools. '

'The staff was great especially my room attendant Elsie who went above and beyond to make my birthday there special as well as kept the room clean and provided amenities that made me comfortable while staying there. Besides the cleanliness I loved the ocean view right from the lanai! '

'I had a great beach view from my room, the pool area was quiet, amazing views of the sunsets, great service - valet, bar staff, and house keeping were all great.
Best perk lots of walkable activities less than a mile away from the hotel - like the beach near the last lifeguard tower was amazing! I loved the protected snorkeling area, got to see colorful fish everyday and saw over 30 turtles.'
