'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

4. Towne Hotel
Towne HotelCentrum van Nassau
7.4 van 10, Goed, (812 beoordelingen)
'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'It's a good place and well described too.
However, there are a few things we didn't like.
First, the property needs to be fully upgraded.
It was a bad smell of mold when we opened the door.
I was so upset when I went to the Gym and just one treadmill works. Nothing else is working, no bike, no leg press machine plus everything pretty old and rusty.
Second, the stuff is very friendly but very bad explaining and communicating how everything works at the club at the check in.
We stayed 6 days and...

'We absolutely loved this property. It was enormous with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, wall A/C in all the rooms, parking for our rental car. Communication with the owner was extremely fast and friendly. It was immaculate and fully furnished We went to Nassau to scuba dive with Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas and this property is an easy 10 minute drive to the dive operator. We will definitely be staying at this property the next time we go to Nassau!'

20. Brownstone Marlin Drive
Brownstone Marlin DriveThe Grove
7.6 van 10, Goed, (18 beoordelingen)
'There is no check in process however, the host is very communicative and easy to contact. The actual unit had enough space for 5 adults (3 queen beds), however the decor makes the space very dark - difficult to get ready in. Additionally some maintenance and deep cleaning is needed on the property. Overall it is a fair price for what you get and suited to a short trip. Not sure how well this location would work for those without a car or unfamiliar to the island.'
