« Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful lots of options and very fresh. Parking around the hotel was easy or you could use their parking garage. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. »

« This place was amazing!!! We had a fantastic stay and absolutely can't wait to go back!!! Don't skip this place if you get a chance to book in the area DO IT!! Great staff, friendly faces at all hours, clean room and community spaces!! Local day and nightlife is amazing with everything you could possibly need within walking distance too!! 10 out of 10!!!! »

« Great location! Lots of natural light and plants and space. Futon room had a great stand-up desk plenty of space. I don't think more than one person could sleep on the futon, and for a child it did just fine. I couldn't find clean sheets for the futon- but property mgmt was very responsive and quickly helped me navigate where they were.Queen bedroom was cozy. The air conditioner hits your face which could be refreshing, or bothersome, depending on your preference. The a/c was also pretty loud...

« I was scared st first cause the reviews aren’t great, but I thought this place was lovely. Really clean, spacious apartment. Awesome location. They didn’t give me an access code for the apartment at first, but then I called them and they made me a new code. Took like 5 minutes. »

« Enjoyed our stay. This place was close to Moody's Amphitheater, 6th Street, and much of what Austin has to offer. Wifi was very slow though (20mbps down/10mbps up) and we were not able to fix it. Otherwise, nice place to stay! »

« Cute house with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Kitchen was well supplied and the house was clean. We really liked the roof deck and covered porch. »

« An amazing stay in what is my favorite part of Austin (east 6th). It's hidden away and nice an peaceful, yet just a short walk from some of the best areas in the cities. »

« No hot water and he couldn’t get the gas turned on while we were there. So we had to leave, he stated he would return our trip, but still no progress or response on that. Cute place could use some maintenance with one ac and light fixtures. Would have been fine if the owner would have responded better and most of all had hot water.. good luck. »

« When we booked a relatively low cost stay, we didn’t expect anything particularly memorable. But we also didn’t expect to be surprised by bugs in each room — the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the closets, the kitchen. Not sure if this is a product of uncleanliness or just neglect. This property is run by a huge property management company and I doubt it gets much care or attention, and it showed. Furthermore, basic appliances like the dishwasher were broken, and bathrooms were poorly stocked. Will...
