'Great nights stay for an AFL game at People First Stadium. Within 15 min walking distance. Beds very comfortable and had everything we needed. Shame about the rain though.'

'With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm.
On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this...

Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer.
