'Er is voldoende aandacht besteedt aan de lay-out en inrichting van het resort en de kamers, alleen de service laat zwaar te wensen over...geen ophaalservice bij de pier, bij het boeken van een aansluitende reis binnen Thailand van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd, en onduidelijke aanwijzingen omtrent de ligging van het resort.'

'HIGHLY recommend Horizon Beach Resort Koh Jum. We stayed in the deluxe sea view bungalow. This was the nicest accommodation we stayed at during our month in Asia. The rooms were CLEAN, even to my standards and the staff is so kind. The island is so quiet and peaceful, with countless restaurants nearby. '

'Great quiet location on a beautiful beach. Beautiful garden and pool. Ganesh restaurant in front of villa serves tasty and fresh food. If you like wildlife and nature and are not afraid of bugs and monkeys, this is your place! Note that only 2 of the 3 bedroom has AC, one has fan.'

'This was iyr fifth stay at Joy Bungalows since 2012 and we love it! The hospitality of the staff, the bungalow (VIP by the beach), the food at the restaurant, the almost empty 2-km beach beach... This is where we go for a relaxing time! This is our paradise!'

'Eigene Bungalow am Hang im Dschungel oberhalb des Meeres. Loggia mit Hängematte. Moskitonetz in jedem Zimmer. Der Strand ist steinig, aber sehr schön. Auf der Insel ist fast nichts los, so hat man seine Ruhe (wobei wir überall in Thailand natürlich auch viele Deutsche anzutreffen sind...). Die umliegenden Restaurants sind sehr gut und günstig, das Hotelrestaurant ist eher teuer. Man muss sich auf Insekten im Zimmer einstellen, weil man direkt in der Natur ist. Kein Warmwasser in Zimmern...

Accommodatie ligt op het strand, wit zand, strandlakens, duiken

'Een ieder die rust zoekt in een prachtige tropische omgeving kan ik aanbevelen om dit hotel te bezoeken. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, het servicenivo is hoog. Het hotel is voorzien van twee uitstekende zwembaden met voldoende ligstoelen. Direct vanuit de bungalow loop je naar het mooie strand, voorzien van voldoende bomen voor schaduw. De omgeving is erg rustig, er is weinig vertier, alleen per boot kun je de "bewoonde" wereld bereiken. Als je op zoek bent naar rust dan is dit hotel een...

'We splurged and used our saved stamps to get the amazing pool villa. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and super private. Private pool was great for a late night dip. But beware that if you want to use the giant bath inside, it will take almost an hour to fill up completely. Staff was also great to arrange a very early airport transfer (not the cheapest, but it needs a long tail and taxi ride). Even provided a breakfast box to take with us. All in all a memorable stay! '

'Perfect and relaxing spot a few minutes away from the busy tourist center of PhiPhi. Beautiful pool and nice private bamboo accomodations with good facilities. A little paradise! A bar next door does produce a lot of load music until late night.'
