' There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. 'We loved our stay here, having the separate villas was great for the mix of families. Great pool and amenities in each villa. Poo, the house keeper was sensational! She was so attentive and kind, helpful in booking trips, getting us the best price and catering the most delicious breakfast. She even got me a cake for my birthday.
