'Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. 'Had a great stay in a very nice room in one of the authentic buildings at creek street. It was super convenient to have the airport transfer, callable from the airport phone. And great staff. Would definitely stay here again.'
