'A great place to stay! The hotel combined two of the officer's quarters from Fort Seward to make a beautiful building. While the building is from the early 1900s, it is beautifully maintained. The owner is very helpful - he went so far as to dig out a socket wrench to help me with an errant piece of photo equipment. Would definitely stay here again. '

Reported the issue to the front desk in the morning and she said she would have the manager contact me she did and said she would refund me and said she had pest control check and found no signs of bed bugs. 'This property is our go to location when visiting family in Juneau. The rooms are clean and conveniently located to Fred Meyer and Safeway and the airport. Just a short drive to downtown in one direction and to the Valley and Auke Bay in the other direction. We’ve never been concerned with safety and there is sufficient parking close to the entrance. '

'Room was clean, dishes were clean and pretty much had everything needed for cooking. My only downside it the coffee maker.'

'Great hotel. We had some trouble contacting them, but that was due to our phones. But when we arrived we asked the neighboring pizza place to class them and they arrived super fast to let us in. Room was very comfortable with interesting bedlinnen;). Great that they offer airport shuttle too, super useful'

'The kitchen had almost everything I needed including a tiny dishwasher. The few items that were missing were quickly replaced when I asked at the desk. The room had a lot of space and we didn’t hear other people thru the walls. Staff are all helpful and friendly. The beds are also remarkably comfortable and I typically do not sleep well in hotel beds. '

'I stayed at Cape Fox Lodge about 6 or 7 years ago. This lodge was on the level of other premiere lodges in the northwest I love the location the views and the architectural style of the lodge. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the building and rooms are well overdue for a refresh. The menus in both restaurants were not as upscale as they were for my prior visit. The service was not on the same level either. The pictures in the museum had dogeared corners. The tram was broken and...

'Had a great stay in a very nice room in one of the authentic buildings at creek street. It was super convenient to have the airport transfer, callable from the airport phone. And great staff. Would definitely stay here again.'
