'This is my first time using a shared house. The guests from New Zealand are wonderful! I did not interact with the other guests, but they are cordial and civil. Overall, the entire place is clean; the kitchen, the refrigerator, the laundry room, and the living room are well kept.'

'Great location, but the building was so old and the place was cracking. The shower was hard to operate, no consistent hot water, skin had no counter space. The bed sheet didn’t fit the couch bed. There was no AC and it was so noisy from the street, the windows don’t even close. There was coffee stains in the coffee cup. '
