'The drain in the shower was partially blocked. Hence the water was not draining . This is a safety hazard. Plse inform the hotel to clean their drains. I had removed the drain cover and it was filthy black. Was not good.'

'The lake is beautiful. Check in was at 4PM - lots of rooms were not ready. Our first room was directly beside the coffee shop. I did ask to be moved. No real concern from the staff at all. I did book and pay for a room with a balcony with courtyard view. Ended up with a room that did have a balcony that looked into trees. Bed was awful. Sheets did not fit the bed and came off every night. Mattress pad was in poor condition. Safe was broken so we could not lock up any valuables. On our...
