'The location is ideal to attend plays at the Festival Theater, only a short walk. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly. It's an added convenience that there's coffee or tea available in the lobby. This was welcoming after you return from an evening play. The one king bedroom was large with furnishings well displayed. Bed linens were fresh and clean. I look forward to coming back every year when I attend the Stratford Festival plays.'

'Very disappointed to find out after checking in that there would be no breakfast due to renovations being done. I asked the front desk manager for an adjustment cost to our room rate since we now had to go buy breakfast and he told me no. I told him it was false advirtisment to say your serving breakfast then not to and basiclly his response was he dicn t care. We'll never stay there again nor will we recommend them.'
