When I was checking in there were several in front of me and several more arrived right after me. The clerk did not get razzeled and maintained her compusure. She apologized but had no reason to for the extra time it was taking to register me but again there were several groups arriving at the same time. The cost for the room was very fair for the lodging.'

'This stay was a disappointment. The facility needs updates and thorough cleaning. Furniture in our room was stained, torn, or frayed. The carpet had been vacuumed, but not cleaned for a long time: walking barefoot or stocking foot left the soles of our clean feet or socks nearly black! Pillows are beyond wimpy! So are the towels. Bathroom counter was scarred. Listed hours for swimming pool were 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, but it was closed in the morning until AFTER 10:30 AM for DAILY cleaning! ...
