'At check-in, the toilet seat wasn’t installed, it was just sitting loose on top of the stool. They asked at check-in if I wanted housekeeping during my 3 night stay, and I said I did on the second full day. When I got back that day, no housekeeping had happened. When I asked for fresh towels and why housekeeping didn’t come, I was told that I must’ve had a do not disturb sign on my door. Funny part is, I didn’t even have a do not disturb sign in my room to put out; I actually looked for it the...

'The hotel smells wonderful when you first enter the lobby. The staff is friendly, helpful and prompt. The rooms are clean, the water is hot in shower and beds are comfortable. Pool is nice especially if you have children with you . If I had one thing that could use improvement is the Bacon it is a little thin. I recommend this Quality Inn for your stay in west Plains.Easy access, centrally located and next door to delicious Coffee, pastry , sandwich shop.'

'The elevators weren't working and the only quiet room was on the third floor. Had to carry suitcases by hand. The room was old, in need of some bathroom calking, black mold underneath the old one. The breakfast did not carry any tea or decaffeinated coffee. The buffet restaurant they recommended, next door, looked like a free for all, dirty sticky tables and chairs. Not sure the all food was safe or eatable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.'

'Our room needed a new mattress. The king mattress had springs pop when we moved. Hips hurt a bit. Overall great place and great staff. 5 stars if they get new mattress. '

'While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! '
