'The lifegurds at the wave should pay attention during the wave starts. Three adults were raising our hands and scream for help as one of my kids were drowen.None of the lifegurds saw/recognized the situation. My son was rescued by one women ( For me, she is an angle sent by God). I would like to thank the women and above all my God for his protection. '

'Second time here and likely won’t return again. We got checked into our room for our 4 day stay and while unpacking our luggage my son found a bottle of pills in the dresser. (Looked to be a cocktail of meds) took them to front desk and informed them and was told we would get free parking. Yeah great, it’s a good thing my son is smart enough to not touch things like pill bottles or this could have been catastrophic. Next morning housekeeping arrived at our room at 9:15am to perform their service...
