« We enjoyed our week at this property. Everything was easy to navigate including the location, check in, communication with the owner, and check out instructions. The condo was clean, comfortable, had all the necessities of home, was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach, and was well decorated. Will recommend to others staying in the area. »

« We had a very nice stay at Karen's place. Short walk to the beach, all the necesaary beach accessories were included and Karen was very reaponsive to all the inquiries we had! Fenced in backyard was nice to have but it wasn't as grassy as in some of the pics so just keep that in mind- it is Florida after all! You can still walk your doga through the neighborhood so no issuea there! Overall a very nice stay! »

« For adults in my six year old daughter stayed here. We had an excellent time. The host was very knowledgeable about the surroundings, and recommended many restaurants for us to try during our stay. The cottage is very quaint, clean, and efficient. It was very clean, and we loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The hot tub is huge and we were able to enjoy it each night. The Host showed us exactly how to utilize everything and made sure that we had everything we needed before leaving us. We...

« Close to the beach, well maintained, and had basics so we didn't have to worry about soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Has beach chairs/umbrellas. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only recommendation is it would be nice to have beach towels, travel glasses/tumblers for the beach, cooler for the beach, and food storage items (containers, ziplocks, foil, etc.) but not a deal breaker just nice to have. »

« We booked this property for our family vacation. We had 5 adults a 6 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. I looked at so many properties before I booked this one and I don’t think I could have made a better choice. The layout was absolutely perfect and the location could not have been better. Being able to take a short walk to the beach was so great. The house had everything you could ever need. We loved all the games and toys they had for the kids, and adults. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We all loved this place! Its adorable and a very short walk to the beach. Shorter walk than if you stayed in a high rise directly on the beach. My only suggestion for guests is to bring a small floor fan for bathroom to ventilate air. We had the best time.Very comfortable bedding and beds. Everything you need is there. Plenty of space to spread out. Lots of great out door space and a golf cart to use. We barely used it but the kids loved it. I would absolutely stay here again. »
