« Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure. »

« This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game! »

Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. « It was a great stay! Even though there was construction, the views of the ocean were beautiful. It was very clean and cozy. All the locals who lived there were super nice! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit. The hosts were also exceptional and tried to make up for the construction being done. « 1201 wonderful unit. BeachCrest has been my rental destination the past three years. Wonderful location in Seagrove and right on the beach. This unit was exceptionally clean. The furnishings, paint colors and whole aesthetic really works well together - it’s a soothing place to stay. The kitchen appliances are updated. I stayed in the master. The bed was very comfortable.
