As others have noted, the building is undergoing quite a bit of repair, but this condo is spectacularly maintained, well-appointed and quite comfortable. 'We love this smaller condominium and our condo was just what we wanted! It was clean, easy to get in, property manager was responsive, and had all the cooking utensils we needed. The beach service was top notch especially when Aiden was working! Alex, our property manager, was reaching out periodically through the week making sure we were still doing good. Will be coming back, for sure! It’s not a super crowded beach so that is a huge plus to my family!'
