« The condo was very clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. Downtown and Coors Field were short drives away. The neighborhood is really clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. »

« I’m very satisfied with this stay overall. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned for a long weekend (concert at Red Rocks, Denver Zoo and Rocky Mountains). The host was wonderful with communication. Only downside was that the pool was unavailable. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Denver. »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« Amazing location in a super cute, nice part of town. We enjoyed walking to great restaurants nightly. The house was clean, comfy and adorable! »

« Quick girls trip to a show at the Oriental Theater. Location was excellent and it was very clean. Just a note if you are a light sleeper that it is a basement unit and you can hear footsteps above at times. »

« This is a great property. Beautiful, clean, and cozy. Everything we needed. Even got a little visit from the cats! »

« This place was perfect! We came for a concert at Mile High, easy to walk to Larimer Square (restaurants) and then home from the show. Was great to have access to parking. Thomas was very responsive and the staff at front desk were very friendly. Place was well appointed and just as described, the only problem was we were too busy to stick around and enjoy it more! Would definitely stay again! »

« We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again! »

« The condo was perfect to visit Golden. We went to see the sunrise at Red Rocks, shopped in town, did a Coors tour (make reservations), visited Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park (make reservations), and went to a concert at Red Rocks. Food in town was amazing. The condo had all we needed. We were very thankful for private parking as well. »
