'The house was clean, comfortable, and honestly fun to stay in. We really enjoyed the little lounge area by the fireplace. The owners communicated very well with us during our stay, and the printed instructions they left around the house helped us answer most of the questions we may have had.'

'The house is older but cozy and charming. Beds were very comfortable - and two King beds is unheard of, such a nice perk! Kitchen had the basics, all we needed. Jeff was very responsive. I had never worked with the Happy Guest app before and found it a little challenging; I prefer just getting check in and out instructions through the VRBO platform. Being an older house in an old part of Denver, the parking situation was tight, and would be for anything larger than a car - jockeying a smaller...
