'A compact place to stay for 2 people with all the conveniences at an extremely reasonable price. The bed is comfortable. The shower is excellent. Everything that was supposed to work did work! The host is very responsive. It is easy to street park in front of the house and walk around to the back entrance. A reminder that you enter through the bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and it is convenient to major expressways for getting around Denver. We would definitely stay here again.'

'This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. '
