'Goed hotel'

'We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Ayres Hotel. Vooral het ontbijt buffet vonden we heel fijn. Ook hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de sportschool en het zwembad. Heel vriendelijk personeel! '

'Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms. 'The hotel and room are dated. Although the room is spacious, it was not the cleanest. The bathroom needs some tlc and the furniture in the living room is worn. The pull out bed was also not very comfortable. The hotel grounds are well kept but need updating. Overall, stay was fine for 1 night but i would not consider for longer stays.'

'The hotel is in a very central location. However, there are many homeless people in the city, and the streets smell bad. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I experienced internet issues on my floor, and they were unable to resolve them; however, I was able to use the lounge for free instead. The rooms are quite clean and do not have carpeting.'

'This property has been completely restored and remodelled. Everyone on the staff was very helpful, except for one person who was bipolar and aggressive.'

'Have stayed more than once. Smell of urine in lobby on night 1 but was resolved last two nights!! Needs a good cleaning. Enjoyed our room and time but overall not the cleanest !!'
