'Lodge was really nice and clean and it was a really nice experience. However a few lights either didn't work or had no bulb in, the hall way light didn't work and when it was dark you couldn't see where you was going and the light outside the hot tub but this wasn't so bad as you had the fairy lights which gave a bit of light. 'Had such high hopes for this place, based on the images and location, but was so disappointed when we arrived. Genuinely considered leaving and paying to go elsewhere. Host was really great with communication and checking in, but wished we knew before booking that you actually stay at the scratty end of their property, with all the chicken coops and sheep. Property was much more outdated than on the pics and cupboards were dirty. On the plus side, the beds were comfy. I've never been more...

'Never done a glamping pod before, saw it on line looked good so booked, when we arrived first thing we saw through the gates was how well looked after the grounds were. The pod itself was really clean and had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, would definitely come back. '

'What a lovely place, we hired a beautiful Bell tent for 2 nights. It was set up with all the essentials on our arrival. The plot had plenty of space around to set up bbq room and room for kids to play. The site, washrooms and kitchen were like new, very well maintained regularly cleaned. I have a pet allergy so the no pets policy was a great bonus here for me too. We had a great time and will book again. Thank you. '

'Stephen and Sarah are amazing hosts, fab communication and went out of their way on more than one occasion to make our few days away special. Toilet and kitchen facilities are extremely clean! So many supplies allowing you a stress free packing opportunity. Best shower on a campsite we’ve ever had! Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!!'

'The pod we stayed in was beautifully clean and well maintained. It had lovely little touches like a small milk in the fridge waiting for when you arrived, each bed space had its own towels (including bath towels) so that was a nice touch also. The only thing I would recommend is that the view from the front of the pod isn’t the same on the photos due to new lodges being built so when we got there it was a little disappointing not to have that view and just a little suggestion now new lodges are...
