'this place was wonderful! the only thing is did not like was the walk through bedroom and the bathroom locks. these were minor thing. we really loved this place!'

'Our family of 4 (2 pre-teen/teen boys) spent a really enjoyable week here. The location is ideal, a block from the bay, 2 blocks to the restaurants and attractions on Bay Ave, and an easy walk to the beach. It's directly next to a really delicious restaurant (maybe the best meal we had all week). The only downside is it's a bit noisy until 10 PM.The layout worked out great for us, with 2 bedrooms in the front and 2 in the rear, with a second living area. The beach badges, chairs and umbrella...

'This house was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable for my family of five. In a great location! We fished and crabbed off the back dock. There’s a small beach and a long pier at the end of the development. There were plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that the bedding was not all available when we got there even though the listing says bedsheets are provided. I messaged the host and he was unaware that it was missing but...

"compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! And oh yes, the breakfast is very poor. what is handy is that there is both an Applebee's and a McDonalds across the street from the hotel. despite the breakfast and the issue of the passport copy I would recommend the hotel."
