Nearby restaurant Smithville Inn was within walking distance and had excellent food. Fun bar within walking as well and great stores. 'We went to check after a long day. We always stay at this hotel normally for Flyers practice. Everyone knows us here and are always friendly. This one particular guy..we have had him twice now had no clue what he was doing. We got to the hotel late because i had same day surgery in Camden and decided to stay over. He couldnt find our reservation i have no idea why. We do it the same every time. I showed him my confirmation he still was confused. I was waiting patiently all groggy from surgery....

"compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! And oh yes, the breakfast is very poor. what is handy is that there is both an Applebee's and a McDonalds across the street from the hotel. despite the breakfast and the issue of the passport copy I would recommend the hotel."
