'Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,'

'Nice hotel, Free parking, good WiFi. The breakfast is excellent (we had traditional English), dinner is also very good. Pie of the day was steak n ale, yummy! Only minus is the noisy HVAC system.'

'Nice and spacious room above a stylish, renovated pub. Friendly staff and buses, bicycles and underground nearby. The spanish style menu in the pub is bit overpriced compared to the many options around. The pub closes before midnight so no worries about noise in the night, it’s very quiet.'

'Greeting on arrival not great, disorganised and manager swore behind bar for all to hear. Room very tired and waited 55mins for our breakfast to arrive. Overpriced for what it was, definitely won’t stay again.'

Before travelling, I sent a message to the hotel advising that I expected to arrive at approximately 12:00 noon. The hotel replied, confirming that this would not be a problem.
