'A lovely place, great location perfect for a city break. Was happy to see that breakfast, tea and coffee was all taken care of along with all the things you need to cater for the promised 7 people. Made special by the Xmas decorations. Extra thanks to Tom for his help on our departure'

'Described as a newly built property but was actually built during Covid. Quality of facilities very good but badly let down by cleanliness issues. Around the base of shower tray black grime, kitchen sink accessories stained and fridge needed cleaning. Looks like a quick hoover and tidy is all it gets between customers. Overall very disappointed. Not good value for money and can’t agree with other reviews.'

'The location of the house was very on enient for visiting Canterbury and the area. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The kitchen has an excellent stove and oven but the accompanying cooking supplies are modest and in need of updating. There were very few pots and pans and several of them were quite dirty and needed cleaning prior to using. Additionally the cooking utensils were also bare minimum other than the knives which actually all need sharpening. The washer and...

'We hadden bericht gekregen dat de deur open was, na het verblijf met enige moeite gevonden te hebben konden we er zo in. De eigenaren waren thuis en heetten ons hartelijk welkom. Veel ruimte, een groot bed van goede kwaliteit, ook in de keuken was alles aanwezig om zelf te kunnen koken. '
