This really was a big mistake'

'This is a fine hotel along a strip of hotels. I can't comment on the others, but this one was a very good value for the reasonable rate. The manager was friendly/helpful. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning unit under the window worked brilliantly. And it was very clean. 'Had made reservation on 1/6/25 during the snow fall, we to check in and the property hadn’t been plowed making it impossible to get on the property, contacted front desk and they say that we are open, that’s my problem and hung up on me, for 2 1/2 hours they refused to refund me. If I had any warnings, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.'
