« Brilliant House, in a great location, and all ten of us had a wonderful holiday!However, as we booked for Christmas week, we paid a large premium, and didn’t expect to find stained sofas with rips in, and essentially a lot of wear and tear (this is not the place to list them, but think dirty blinds etc) that should not be in a property sold as “luxury”. « Had a really good 5 night stay at Tapnell. 5 adults and 2 grand children stayed in the cottage which was great. 2 of our group stayed in one of the Pods which they loved. The grand children loved the farm attractions - the animals, playgrounds etc. The adults enjoyed Padel, the 5k walk, along with some of the farm attractions including the pedal karts and crazy golf. « We had a lovely stay at East Chalet. It’s large enough for a family of five or six, and has most amenities you’d need on a short break. All the beds are singles unless you remember to specify otherwise, and they’re small singles - great for kids but on the small side for adults. There are blinds in all the rooms but they leak a lot of light and fall down as they’re balanced on the rails. This would be an easy repair job. « Stains on bed sheets, settee really uncomfortable. Really open and exposed, no privacy, woke up to a stranger walking back of cottage. Cleaning not the best. Only a few plates. Nice location shame property let it down. »
