« First, the owner was a great communicator. Second, this place had it all. Both bedrooms had beautiful ocean views, the location is stellar, and the amenities around the condo are excellent. From beach chairs to snorkel gear, coolers, condiments, and umbrellas. We spent hours out on the lanai in the big lifeguard chairs watching both the sunrise and the sunset. « This delightful ground floor unit in Kiahuna Plantation is located near the front entrance shared with the Marriot resort. There was plenty of parking close to the front door for easy access and a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, pool area, shops and restaurants. Despite the close proximity to the road, the unit was very quiet with a gorgeous view out the back patio. It felt very secluded. In the condo it is very hot, since the air conditioning is only in the room, the air does not circulate well throughout the location. « Condo was as advertised. We thought it was a great value for this oceanfront location. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Very nice ocean view, as we feared looking through buildings would be limited. It was not. Loved the location. Communications with manager was outstanding and very timely. »

« Just returned from our trip to this place and can't get over how great it was. The amenities were spot on. We had everything we needed and more. The place is immaculate, and the grounds of the facility are well-kept. We took advantage of the proximity to the beach and spent most of our time either at the condo or at the beach.
