'I like staying here because they have kitchens in the room. But the whole time I stay there. Nobody cleaned our room, changed our bedding or towels. We were told that there was going to be two plates, two spoons, 2 cups. That wasn’t the case. Trash in the hallways for multiple days. The staff was nice. O yeah be careful the elevator turns on and off I had to use the stairs multiple times. Overall very clean property beautiful rooms nice laundry room.'

'Comfortable beds. Nice having a fridge and microwave. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Room was quiet. Staff and house keeping are courteous and professional. Complimentary breakfast and coffee is a plus. Convienant location to major highways, State Farm Stadium and just 15 minutes or so from downtown Phoenix. Surrounding area has quite a few homeless junkies. Do not leave anything in your car! My car wasn't hit, but my first night two cars had their windows smashed and items taken. The...
