'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A special thank-you to Kristi – she was absolutely amazing! Always smiling, highly professional, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. She truly made a difference during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Montréal....

'Overall everything was perfect except the breakfast chaos, we went btwn 9-10 am and most of the items (we wanted) were finished already (including boiled and fried style eggs). As Muslims, we don't eat bacon or hotdogs and only scramble eggs and hotgogs were refilling. Egg,Yugurt, cutlery, hot chocolate were short among the huge variety of breakfast menu.'

'I'm still trying to figure out when you go to a hotel if and when they make up your room. I wish they would tell you when you check on if it is daily or every other day. Some even every 3 days. I would at least like my bed made and towels changed daily. A 10 minute job. After all we ARE paying for this service'
