'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A special thank-you to Kristi – she was absolutely amazing! Always smiling, highly professional, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. She truly made a difference during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Montréal....

'I got to the hotel, 3:20. I go to check in, and the man said my room isn't clean.... I was on a tight schedule, and this made it even slower. It took them 30 mins to clean it. It was supposed to be ready by 3... I had already paid for it. I had a concert to go to and they really made me be late.'

'I'm still trying to figure out when you go to a hotel if and when they make up your room. I wish they would tell you when you check on if it is daily or every other day. Some even every 3 days. I would at least like my bed made and towels changed daily. A 10 minute job. After all we ARE paying for this service'
