'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A special thank-you to Kristi – she was absolutely amazing! Always smiling, highly professional, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. She truly made a difference during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Montréal....

'The following is subjective. The breakfast was not great, cold scrambled eggs and over cooked, cold turkey bacon, french toast had no flavor, coffee had no roast indicator. Compared to other hotel breakfast this was below average, again this is subjective. The facility and room were great , the mattress was firm and no issues with my back.'

'Sandra is a great host. Very helpful and communicative with lots of information provided in advance. The unit was well stocked with snacks. The soundproofing is not so good due the mechanical sounds of the heating system '

'I'm still trying to figure out when you go to a hotel if and when they make up your room. I wish they would tell you when you check on if it is daily or every other day. Some even every 3 days. I would at least like my bed made and towels changed daily. A 10 minute job. After all we ARE paying for this service'

'The directions were clear and the premises were clean and as described. I didn't need to contact the host as everything went smoothly. Street parking was available. Will stay there again.'
