'We stayed as a family for three nights and like the place. Plenty of parking next the appartement. The host met us at the property and did a quick walk through which was very nice. Stores are close and the old town is only 15min away.'

'My spouse and I stayed at this VRBO, last weekend and we truly enjoyed it! The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean, minimalistic but still spacious. It was easy to get to and walking distance to so many places. The bus stops at the corner which is convenient. It is also a quiet area. The building itself was clean and accessible. It was also a secure area. Great for couple, solo travelers '

'We booked the place 2 weeks in advance, got confirmation of booking from VRBO and was charged for the room. The day of check in, we reached out to the property manager for access instructions and were totally ghosted. Stranded in a busy city in a foreign country with nowhere to stay, despite having confirmation and paying.I received no response until I asked for a refund. I was assured that VRBO would refund the money, but have received no further response to inquiries from the property manager...

'A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful...

'We enjoyed our recent stay in the heart of Montreal! We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the art museum and McGill university. As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. David the owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this property! '

'Was an excellent dtay in Montreal. The hosts were highly responsive and accessible to answer any questions and the condo itself wss very clean. Transit is very close by (Sherbrooke Station is within five minutes and Berri-UQAM is about 10 minutes walking) and there are many restaurants in walking distance as well. Would highly recommend!'

'This apartment is just as advertised! Great location and great accommodations. 4 senior adults enjoyed 5 days in lovely Montreal. Vlad is very accommodating and a great host! There are some steep stairs as there are in most apartments in Montreal but we managed. This wouldn't work for someone with serious mobility issues. Very clean and well stocked.'
