« The room was very hot when we arrived. What appeared to be climate control on the wall didn’t work at all but we were able to turn on the AC in the actual unit under the window. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However the bedroom furnishings were dated and there were no lamps on the bedside tables or the desk. « The room was very nice and clean. The hot tub was not working properly (jets) and that is a main reason I chose this hotel. Also, they were totally out of soda / pop and said they were waiting a delivery. Go to the store and get some for guests! When we first went into our room there was a big pool of water from the refrigerator defrosting. The front desk young man was very nice and mopped it up, but would have preferred this not occur when we first arrived in our room. »
