'The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. I was disappointed with the bath towels. They were thin, and there were only 2 towels for 2 people. Women need an extra towel for their hair. The first day of cleaning during our stay, Housekeeping left one clean towel and one of the towels we had used that morning. 'We setup a reservation around 8am. We called around 10am to see if early check in was possible. I was told by a barely understandable person that 1pm would be early check in. We waited until 1pm. When we arrived, we were told that there is a $20 early check in fee. Also, there is a $20 key holding fee, this will come in later.
