'Signage for the property was nearly non-existent, I thought it was just a a cafe. The cafe area was clean, but once you went into the accommodation area, the cleanliness was lacking. The staircase banister was sticky, the stairs had rubbish and the toilet looked like it hadn't seen bleach for years. I get that these are high traffic areas but its also not that hard to keep clean. 'Location is amazing, overlooking Treyarnon Bay. Short walk down to beach and little further to Constantine Bay. Free parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good security measures in place. Photo ID required for all guests at check-in and key card entry needed to corridor and room. Room was basic but clean. Don’t forget your towels and toiletries! Breakfast was very good. 'The staff were very helpful and lovely, me and my friends stayed here for reading festival and they were very supportive in accommodating us. The self cater kitchen is lovely and includes everything you would need, the lounge is a nice quiet area to relax and the rooms were decent for a youth hostel with clean bedsheets and bunkbeds! The area itself is lovely and quaint we were very happy to stay here especially since the train was only a 20 minute walk away.'
