« The room was clean, and the location near the lake was great! However, there were a couple of things that could have made our stay more enjoyable. We received an overwhelming number of messages leading up to and throughout our stay, which became a bit frustrating. A single, organized message with all check-in/check-out instructions, access codes, and important details would have been much more helpful. With so many messages coming through daily, it was difficult to go back and locate the...

« Pleasant location convenient for our needs »

« I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s a perfect for a short stay »

« A great stay on Tower Street! Will definitely return! »

« This property was the cleanest of any property I've ever stayed in, and I'm pretty picky. The bed is comfortable, the water pressure is good, the linens are very nice, the A/C is amazing, it has a full kitchen and there's a pool you can use - there's a lot to love. « Great facility »

« I recommend this for your next stay »

« Clean room, had everything we needed for our stay, property was affordable and in a good location »

« Wonderfully beautiful country get away! Highly recommend a stay here... Hosts we're super attentive. »

« For those of us who are used to hotels and in-person B&Bs, Boulevard Stays does a very poor job of explaining how the guest is supposed to deal with them and their property. The property itself is rather shabby and the studio was not well furnished. However the location in Austin's South Congress district, near Lady Bird Lake, was great. »

« Thank you »

« The place is very convenient, quiet, and clean. I’d give it five stars, but the coffee brewer is a not user friendly. That may seem small, but having to dress and go buy coffee, was not desirable. »

« Great apartment that provided us with a comfortable place to stay while visiting family in the area. Checking in was easy, and we were pleased to be close to many amenities while being located in a quiet neighborhood. »

« The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's. »
