'Check-in is at 3 PM. And when I got there, my room wasn't ready, and they made me wait another 20 minutes. also, they had the audacity to wake me up the next morning at 9 o'clock. Telling me that checkout is at 11 am. They have no consideration for nobody's time.'

'Lost my deposit because no one was in the office when I checked out at 630 am. Called multiple times like directed. No drop box for key. There was no understanding or willingness to compromise. I was willing to bring the key for my deposit before 3 pm check in to no avail. I use to be a regular will never stay again.'
