We zouden volgende keer weer gaan. '

'Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and entire hotel was very clean. Will be back here again when I come back to Osaka.'

'We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people.'

'Very clean hotel. Good location near the subway. Very friendly staff'

'Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!'

'Hankyu International Osaka was a luxurious experience. We enjoyed our stay in every way...the personnel is attentive and very respectful, the room is of good dimensions (double room), well maintained and decorated and with a beautiful view of Osaka (if you take the club rooms 33rd and 34th floors). The most important for me is cleanliness and yes, all was extremely clean, spotless. Also, service is outstanding in the club lounge, at breakfast restaurant Malmaison and at reception/concierge. ...

'Walking distance of Osaka station. Staff is ready to help.'

'Great hotel, we stayed 5 days. Location was good, close to Osaka central station. Very friendly staff.'

'Great location for access to the city. Hotel entrance hard to find'

'It is really hard to go wrong with the Ritz.. The hotel is situated with a walking distance to Osaka station. However, you do need to travel by train or taxi to Shin-Osaka Station. The rooms were large and very clean to our satisfaction. The staff was extremely attentive to every request we had. Breakfast - was rich and offered large variety of dishes. All in all, highly recommended.'

'Zwembad voor zowel Man als vrouw '

'A fine hotel and very clean. The rooms are well-equipped but on the small side. There are a few minor points to note: sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator, and check-in is only possible from 3:00 PM onwards.'

'Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Osaka was truly outstanding. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are even more impressive — elegantly designed, spacious, and equipped with every comfort one could wish for. The level of service and customer care was exceptional throughout our stay. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt welcomed from the moment we...
