'I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers.'

'A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! '

'Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery.'

'The property around the hotel was littered with trash. Inside, there were several broken windows around the pool. Behind the center table between the queen beds was filthy! Behind the TV was filthy! There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running.'

'Staff pleasant, sufficient amenities like functional microwave, fridge, in room coffee maker. continental "plus" breakfast (sausage patties and eggs precooked somewhere between poached and fried available so at least there's a hot component), decent coffee, good enough blackout curtain to guard your sleep. The area looked nice and there's a Dutch Bros coffee across the street which for us is a plus.'
