'I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers.'

'Everything was smooth and orderly. Well staffed. Will stay again. '

'Room set up was odd and only a very little table to eat on. Not enough table for 2 people. Breakfast was poor. '

'They accepted a booking then I drive all the way there only for them to say there’s no room and not just that I’ll have to chase down Expedia to try to get a refund. Very sad. '

'Front desk was pleasant with his help. Overall the room felt unclean. There random stains on the walls. The breakfast had less offerings than expected, but it was adequate.'

'Terrible. There was no sign outside and as soon as I walked in the building, it smelled terrible! I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back. Never using Expedia ever again to book anything. '

'Everything was nice, clean, and well maintained. Plenty of places to eat right around the hotel. Places to shop was good. '

'A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! '

'My stay was top notch. Staff very accommodating. Will stay here again when I’m in town. '

'The staff was friendly. The room and bedding smelled musty and some of the towels were stained/discolored. Hotel was quiet and not very full during our stay so parking was plentiful.'

'It was ok for the money. They need pest control in the place. I seen roaches crawling in my room that I stayed in. Particularly in the bathroom and one on one of the nightstands. When entering into the building going to my room, it smelled really bad like other people’s body odor. Would not go again.'

'Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery.'

'The rooms was nasty the beds wasn’t fit to sleep in and the place was just nasty!!! I would not recommend staying here ! It was my first and last time !!! The only good thing was the lady at the front desk was nice ! '

'We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...
