'I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him. Spoke/mumbled very fast and was immediately frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself. We went on with our stay, not wanting to let it ruin the hotel experience. 'We had a great, quick stay. Perfect if visiting Kings Island. I do wish the sheets were a tad softer, however, the property was nice, clean and well kept.'

'The property outside is pretty and in a nice neighborhood. The pool was not open. Not a big deal for us as we were going to Kings Island and they have the water park. The room was a huge disappointment. The floor was not swept and there were dead bugs on the kitchen floor. Sticky spots on the carpet. Broken TVs. No shade on one of the lamps. And the worst part... NO SOAP! For washing hands, the shower, or for the dishes. The Breakfast room only had 4 things: cereal, plain white toast (with no...

'Very close to Kings Island, which was a plus for us. We would stay hear again. The staff was not overly friendly, but it wasnt a terrible experience either. Our room was very clean and spacious and accomodating for what we were needing. Overall a good stay.'

'The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great both mornings we stayed. They kept everything clean and refilled with a good amount of options for everyone. The lounge area was nice and clean along with the room. The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great! Some things starting to starting to show some age and wear, odd damp smell in the main floor hallway, but overall well maintained and I would choose to stay here again for another Kings Island visit.'

'This is a really nice hotel, quiet and clean. I especially like that it has trees around it. The lighting in the rooms is also really nice.'

'The air did not work in our room. We let them know and they switched us to the room next door. We went in and the air unit would not even come on. They switched us again to another room on the same floor and the same thing happened again. All of this going on after 11:00pm to a family of 4. After being switched to a 4th room on a different level, the air worked but the room had a weird smell. They were very happy to switch rooms and try to help us but it was pretty frustrating.'
