« We were booked in a one bedroom suite. Our room was on the fourth floor facing the very busy street. When we went to sleep it was unbelievably noisy. Almost like there was no wall or window between us and the VERY busy street in front of the hotel. The next morning we got moved to the first floor suite which also faced the same road. « The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« Upon entering, you will notice that the Alfonbras are dirty Yes, dirty and you have a stinky smell, you enter the room and the first thing you find is the smell of Humid, wet to Dirty, the Posetas were full of Pipi, the glass was dirty and just like the Tinas, the breakfast 5 out of 10, really if you go to Ospedar here, read the reviews they will really help you. »

« The staff was wonderful and very helpful. It’s an ideal spot at a great price. A couple little things didn’t work in the room like the phone and the deadbolt for the room to go into the neighboring room where my family was. But overall for the cost and the location, it was well worth it. »

It's one of the nicest hotels in the area (and the location is great), but my friends stayed at a much cheaper hotel, which offered things this one didn't. They had cold water out front. They had cheaper valet. They had free coffee out front, but I had to pay for ours. This hotel is still way nicer, but you'd expect some more extras. A welcome snack, or gift (or something like that) to make you feel it was special and upscale would be a great...

« The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee. »
