'Recently stayed here for one night and had a great stay. Check-in was easy and efficient and staff was very helpful, particularly when I realized I had forgotten to pack toothpaste! Would recommend this hotel for anyone needing an affordable and convenient stay in Chattanooga. '

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...
