'Eclectic decor, tall ceilings, stocked kitchen, clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, and lobby amenities (ping pong, pool table, table shuffle board) made for a comfortable and welcoming stay!!! We loved that Peet's Coffee moved into their lobby. Another great "perk." Parking can make the stay a little more expensive - $25 per night in a garage down the street or metered street parking (free from 6 pm - 8 am). But this is the case with most city hotels. '

'Room was clean, they had food/water bowls for my pet, the location was perfectly in walking distance between the aquarium and the art museum, loved being able to use the bikes for a bike ride across the bridge.'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...

'Loved our stay. Hotel is beautiful. Great location. Wonderful staff. Breakfast Buffet was amazing with lots of options. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is paying for parking, it's a bit pricey, I knew the cost before my stay though. I would 100% stay here again. '
