'We were booked in a one bedroom suite. Our room was on the fourth floor facing the very busy street. When we went to sleep it was unbelievably noisy. Almost like there was no wall or window between us and the VERY busy street in front of the hotel. The next morning we got moved to the first floor suite which also faced the same road. 'There was trash with used condoms in it left in the room when we got there. I told the front desk lady and she said oops. I told her i would leave it outside the room so someone can switch out the bag she said okay and then didnt do anything. It was not changed until the next day during house cleaning. Also reeked of weed on the whole 2nd level last night too'

'Love the cleanliness and unique design/decor. The location is amazing as well. We wished the indoor pool was heated as it was pretty cold and I think adding lawn chairs to sunbathe in the outdoor garden area off the indoor pool would be the way to go.'

'I loved the way they renovated the rooms but still kept the history in the building. It was raining when we went but we managed to hang out at the pool for a couple hours in the sunshine and it was amazing! The only thing that caught me off guard is that I wasn't verbally reminded of the parking fees so when they invoiced me for two days of parking after my stay it was a bit of a shock, but I guess that was my fault too. The rooms are super quiet and it's in the heart of downtown which I loved!...

'The location was very easy to get get to off of the highway! Breakfast was a little better than your typical continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were restaurants nearby in walking distance! Pool, sauna, were great!'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. 'The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!'

'Perfect hotel well situated '

'We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars'
