'Top place'

'The place is very unique and charming. A really amazing experience for a traditional Onsen. The staff are super kind and the service is superb.'

'Beautiful Rakuten'

'Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.'

'Great onsen hotel with incredible food but be warned that the location is a bit remote. It’s about a hike uphill of 15-20mins from the nearest bus stop and it’s quite difficult to get an uber/taxi from nearby stations. As well compared to other resorts, their shuttle service is not a reliable means of transportation. The staff are amazing but unfortunately, you can tell they’re stretched a bit thin. I got there about 2 hrs early and there was no one at reception. I had to drop my backpack there...

'This felt like a luxury apartment with a private onsen, large tv and bbq. The location itself is near a train station and several bus stops. Please be aware that this property is on a mountain so getting to those might stretch your calf muscles. Lovely location!'

'The hotel was so amazing. The view is magnificent. The location is really good. The only thing that i could say that is a bit disappointing is there are stains in the sofa in the living room. Other than that everything is perfect.'

'Unreal experience'

'schone kamer , vriendelijk en goed personeel, goede kwaliteit diners'

'Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!'
